Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the OrionNaut generative AI platform (the "Service") operated by STOP Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. You must be 13 years of age or older. Users under 16 must have parental consent.
2. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Each natural person is limited to one account. Multiple accounts (including via email aliases or disposable addresses) are prohibited.

1. Subscription pricing, included credits, and billing cycle are listed on our website.
2. Payment is processed exclusively via Stripe.
3. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
4. Unused credits roll over up to 50% of the monthly grant. Excess credits expire.
5. Pay-as-you-go credits expire 6 months after purchase.

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute:

1. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
2. Non-consensual deepfakes of real people.
3. Content depicting sexual violence or gratuitous gore.
4. Material promoting illegal drug or weapon manufacturing.
5. Hate speech or content inciting discrimination.
6. Content infringing copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other IP.
7. Material violating privacy rights of third parties.

We use the safety filters of upstream model providers and reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

1. Subject to applicable law, you retain rights in content you generate.
2. We may use generated content for quality improvement, abuse detection, and legal compliance.
3. Terms of upstream providers (Replicate, Inc. and the underlying model authors) also apply.

Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime via the Stripe Billing Portal. Refunds are limited to the cases described in our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, legality, or fitness of generated content for any particular purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted on the website.
